August 9th - August 17th, 2025
im in a lil bit of an antisocial mood, but want to do my blog today!!! 
i decorated my freshly modded 3ds over the week! it was insanely exciting that i did the modding process all by myself and then got to reward myself with cute new stickers and a fruity pebble weed brownie 
i've been playing hella kanji & japanese games - it's been SO fun! i want to try and play a full game, so i think i may play some detective pikachu and learn more detective words 
i had an event at work that went SUPER smoothly! the day before was a huge mess because some things got a lil wacky in terms of scheduling over our requests despite us having them in for a while... 
but it worked out! things went well and i got some yummy food leftovers !! now for the school year to begin!!! 
the best thing of the week was going to my bffs' (mel & b!) house warming party!!! it was seriously so vibey, so chill, and i felt so fricken comfortable and at home the moment i walked in. they're the best!! they decorate for functionality AND for that homey feel - they've only been there a short time and it already feels so lived in and so (ironically enough) warm! i got to socialize with people i don't know very well and feel like i was very normal (LOL) and had a really stimulating & exciting time! but i forgot their house warming gifts at MY house... so i'll be traveling there again soon! 
i also have to add something to my to do list... listen to taylor swift's folklore album!!! i met someone i had talked with briefly at another party hosted by mel and this time i felt like we really hit it off! she really likes taylor swift and talked to me about her for a bit and im excited to listen to the album and talk with her about it because i know very little about taylor swift except her VERY early music... tear drops on my guitarrrr 
it always feels good to hang out with them, and we spent saturday running around town together and just enjoying each others' company! we went to a lil korean convenience store, ate some yummy rice balls, and gossiped to our hearts content 
now im cozy, home, freshly baked up, sitting behind my amazing fiancée, and smelling my parents cook dinner. smells yummy, so im excited to have a meal together later!
